KBLC ASSOCIATES is a Consulting and Recruitment firm, specializing in Healthcare and the Medical areas, that began operations in February 1992.

         Ken Olney, the President, has been involved in the recruitment business since April 1977. He became involved in Healthcare in May of 1985 while working on projects for Universal Health Services. Following stints at Geriatric and Medical Centers and K. Robert Brian (a generic recruitment company) Ken struck out on his own. The company is named after his four daughters: K - Kristin, B - Bridgit, L - Lauren, C - Caitlin.

         KBLC ASSOCIATES has a fee policy of 1% per $1000 to a maximum of 30% of the first year guaranteed income. However, based on the difficulty of the search and the number of openings to be worked on over the course of a year, this percentage is flexible. The majority of the candidates surfaced are not on the market and, consequently, must be enticed into looking at a particular opportunity.          As an adjunct to our Consulting and Recruitment business, KBLC ASSOCIATES handles out-placement assignments on an individualized basis. This service provides resume` writing, interviewing and ways to network.
